Join Starhotels and become part of our Revenue Management Team!As Area Revenue Manager, you are eager to maximize revenue and profits for our fantastic Starhotels properties in Central Italy ensuring the respect of Revenue guidelines, Pricing and Distribution Channel management strategies, verifying their exact application and correct balancing of the marketing mix in all the Properties of competence, reporting to ADORM and responsible of suggesting possible corrective actions.Your responsibilities include:Collaborate with the Area Director Of Revenue Management to set Daily/Weekly/Monthly goals and establish strategies and specific actions for achieving them (pricing, restrictions, overbooking, cancellation policies, promotions);Analyse pick-up and market trends to recommend and execute pricing and business mix strategies with ADORMDrive and agree group pricing and inventory with the help of displacement analysisWeekly/monthly rooms forecasting and provide feedback on forecastMonitor KPI reports to identify booking trends and evaluate Central Italy Hotels performances vs competitive setCollaborate with Ota's market managers implementing promotional strategies designed ad hoc for each Central Italy PropertyParticipate to weekly strategy meeting with all Central Italy Properties to collaborate, influence decisions and execute plansImplement daily reports, pricing and specific analysis with the aim to maximize revenue strategies;Constantly analyse competitors' activities by monitoring the price point and individual sales strategies;Ensure that the Starhotels, GDS, RCS, OTA's distribution-site channels – are effectively integrated within the strategy of each hotel and the Starhotels' Corporate revenue strategy;Check rate integrity across segments and distribution channels is maintained;Develop and manage internal key stakeholder relationships in a proactive manner;Collaborate with all other departments to increase revenue performance and contribute in increasing revenue culture. Exceed expectations revealing:A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.Proven working experience in Revenue (at least 3 years) in the hospitality industry is required.Knowledge of Central Italy markets is a plus.Excellent writing and communication skills.Strongly analytical and strategic approach and demonstrable analytics tools knowledge.Maestry of Opera, Ideas, Synxis and Travelclick is a plus.There are no problems for you, only solutions.
