Asset And Wealth Management Financial Controller

Job DescriptionWithin the Group Strategic Planning and Control - Asset & Wealth Management unit, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. The candidate will be involved in the activities related to define, steer and monitor the three-year business plan and control the performances during the annual and interim financial closings. In this context, they will be also involved in activities related to the Investments Monitoring and Controlling at Group level.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Monitoring and analyzing results of financial planning sessions (Budget, forecast etc.)Controlling the financial performance and the achievement of different targets during the yearCost controllingControlling the group investment portfolio, on all asset classes, with the aim to check strategic target complianceRequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Economics or similar financial degreeGood knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Fluent EnglishSoft skillsHigh personal motivation, strong team working and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressureQuick learner, proactive, and curiousCompany ProfileGenerali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
