Assistant Store Manager - Alberta Ferretti Business units Sales - Retail - E-Commerce Locations Italy/Milano The Group Aeffe is an international company in the fashion and luxury branch and is active in the creation, production and distribution of a wide range of products including prêt-à-porter, footwear and leather goods, lingerie and beachwear. The Group develops, produces and distributes, with a view to constant attention to uniqueness and exclusivity, its collections both with proprietary brands, including "Alberta Ferretti", "Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini", "Moschino" and "Pollini", both with brands for which it is the licensee. For our "Alberta Ferretti" store in Milan, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager . In collaboration with the Store Manager, the resource will take care of the retail operations, including people management and operational activities. He/she will work as a "Brand Ambassador", able to represent the values and the image of our Brand. He/she will inspire and motivate the Team to achieve sales targets, providing an excellent service to our customers and ensuring to clients an exclusive shopping experience. Key Accountabilities: Support the Store Manager in planning Team rotation. Cooperate with different stakeholders (Retail and Corporate Offices, external providers, etc…). Prepare and update weekly/monthly reports. Collaborate with the Store Manager in managing administrative tasks and back office activities. Stock supervisor and inventory management. Key Requirements: Luxury Retail experience (minimum 3/5 years) as Assistant Store Manager or Department Manager. Flexible and assertive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team player and good at motivating the Team. Commercial awareness, goal oriented and strong attitude in managing an effective selling ceremony and a satisfying customer service. Strong interest for the Fashion & Luxury world. Fluent in English and Italian: the knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus. Location: Milan – via Monte Napoleone 18. Hours: full time.
