Assistente Back Office Commerciale

Job Description We build. We create impact.?  In collaboration with different departments of the company, the objective will be to ensure proper customer service from the moment the sale is concluded to the delivery of the order and after-sales management. The main missions will be as follows: Elaboration, processing and follow-up of quotations, orders, deliveries in compliance with the established ADV procedures; Follow-up of payments; Elaboration of the prospects quotations; Gathering of information necessary to answer quickly to e-mails and/or customer requests; Support to customers and distributors; Support to the follow-up of the deliveries of the registered orders; Opening, follow-up and filing of customer files; Collaboration and interaction with the accounting, logistics and IT departments in the follow-up of customer files. Qualifications Qualifications we're looking for. ?  ?  You have a strong and significant experience in back office sales activities, preferably in multinational contexts Skills in managing the entire order process from order entry to order fulfillment, including claims handling, shipping, billing and invoicing Familiarity in the use of major computer tools (Microsoft Office); knowledge of SAP welcome  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and customer oriented Good teamwork skills, problem solving, and proactive approach.
