We will count on you to: Manage a portfolio of clients, including some large, complex and/or multinational clients; Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous clients and support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects for designated accounts, Monitor the issuance and compliance of policies with the program instructions and checking payment of premiums, manage applications/issuance of certificates and, more in general, support customers with reference to international policies; Place and manage local policies of allocated customers; Coordinate with the specialties for the risks that they manage; Support Client Executives in the activities of contract review and in the relationships with the producing office and with local customers. What you need to have: At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in Insurance or Insurance Brokerage industries; Extensive knowledge of insurance products - e.g. property and liability Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian; Previous experience in a client facing role; Strong attitude to work in team and by results; Sales acumen, strategic reasoning and client-driven; Marsh is the world's leading insurance broker and risk adviser.
