It's a feeling of possibility, creativity, and purpose to deliver our promise.The RoleThe Associate Director-Group PurchasingOrganizations/PhysicianBuying Groups is an exciting opportunity enabled by the growth of the Seqirus commercial team and the need to expand our team to manage larger customer segments that impact the Regional Account and Field Sales Teams at a regional, area, and national level. Customer segments of responsibility include aggregate customers such as PBG's, GPO's and additional customer segments as deemed appropriate. As a field-based role, this will report to the Senior Director of IDN and Field Sales and be instrumental in shaping future strategic initiatives with these important customer segments.The Associate Director, Physician Buying Groups & Group Purchasing Organizations is a key member of the CSL Seqirus sales leadership team, and more specifically a member of the IDN and Regional Account's Leadership Team. This role will report to the Senior Director of IDN and Regional Accounts. The AD-PBG's, GPO's will partner closely with all internal customer facing sales teams to include the National Account Team, IDN & Regional Account Team, and Field Sales Team to drive strategic initiatives and pull-through efforts in the PBG, GPO and other select large customer groups that are regional or national in scope. Additionally, prior experience in forging strong internal partnerships with contracting, customer operations, market access, marketing, compliance, and medical are essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will manage key customer relationships from end-to-end both at a C and D suite level while also coordinating national, area, and regional pull-through at an IDN and Field Sales account level. Additionally, the AD will be responsible for account development across multiple customer departments including clinical, procurement, operations, marketing, and other relevant departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Success in this role will require strong teamwork and collaboration, strategic thinking on an enterprise-wide level, exceptional communication skills, and timely problem solving and solution-oriented skills. Lastly, the ideal candidate will have the ability to confidently navigate change by prioritizing critical issues, aligning resources to meet customer needs, and taking decisive action.Your Skills and ExperiencesThe principal accountabilities for the role are as follows:Develop strategic partnerships with key national and regional GPO's and PBG's by understanding and anticipating customer business needs and aligning those needs to CSL Seqirus strategic commercial priorities for our Influenza portfolio.Effectively engage and navigate the customer landscape to partner with multiple departments to maximize advocacy for CSL Seqirus initiatives within each account.Develop, present, and execute a strategic plan for each customer within the PBG and GPO segment to include pricing strategy, admin fees, marketing and promotional activities, and data and reporting metrics.Achieve sales and marketing objectives for these customer segments as set forth by the organization.Educate stakeholders in each account on the clinical value of our CSL Seqirus influenza portfolio executing our brand strategies.The Role requires strong strategic planning and in-depth knowledge of the PBG and GPO market segments to bring innovative solutions forward for both the customer and Seqirus.Understand external partnerships that impact or influence decision-making by PBG's and GPO's.Execute all contracting requirements with customers to secure access for our Influenza product portfolio.Coordinate all communication and pull-through execution on contracting terms across the CSL Seqirus organization to include sales teams, marketing, market access, medical, customer operations, contracting, pricing, and compliance.Ensure that key strategies, contracts, and programs by account are understood and tightly coordinated across the Regional Accounts Team, National Accounts Team, and Field Sales TeamMaintain exceptional customer knowledge and develop strong segment expertise to anticipate future customer needs.Develop unique and innovative offerings in partnership with the PBG and GPO customer segments to enable them to position CSL Seqirus as the standard of care in influenza.Model our core values of patient focus, innovation, integrity, collaboration, and superior performance.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, and PTO available from your first day of hireOur BenefitsCSL Seqirus employees that work at least 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits effective day 1.
