The ideal candidate shall possess a good knowledge of all the primary and secondary legislation applicable to banks, financial intermediaries, asset management company and investment vehicles according to the AIFMD and UCITS Directives, insurance companies and intermediaries, securitization vehicles. The candidate shall be fluent in English and ready to join a modern and smart environment where building his professional path in an international driven environment.Key responsibilities- Provide a wide range of legal and regulatory advice for many of the domestic and international largest regulated entities and vehicles.
