Responsabilities: As a B2C Field Marketing Manager you will:
Define and execute a B2C Customer Retention marketing strategy, throughout cross-channels activities (i.e. CRM, Social media, content management, paid media, influencers, etc.)Generate awareness with marketing activities to differentiate our brand consistently with our positioning and support business growthSupport and work constantly with the Merchant Account team to create Co-branding activities that help Scalapay customers growth strategyMonitor and analyse B2C marketing performances, report on KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimise outcomes (ROI)Be responsible for Social Media accounts: from strategy to content.You should have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven +4 years experience in marketing roles preferably selling tech into enterprise retailExcellent understanding of customer retention strategyDemonstrated ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders.A proven track record of delivering impactful B2C campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer retentionProven experience in CRM management and social mediaA high level of interpersonal, written, verbal, negotiation and presentation skillsFluency in Spanish and English is mandatoryJoin Scalapay's dynamic and innovative team to drive impactful marketing initiatives and make a lasting impression on the fintech and payment industry.
