Back Office Specialist EP Commodities, a. s. (EPC) was established and operates as a trading & trading support function arm of EPH Group. The grow of our company goes hand in hand with the strong expansion of EPH. Therefore, we are opening a position for the Back Office Specialist (Senior/ Junior).
Role and responsibilities: Daily management of energy trading confirmations (issuing, approval, archiving) – for Power, Gas, emission allowances Settlement of trading - deal sheets validation and archiving, netting of transactions made with counterparts, invoicing Administrative tasks related to invoicing Reconciliation and control of data from different databases Close cooperation with CFO, commodity traders, and accounting department Qualification criteria: Bachelor s degree in related field, Master degree is plus Experience in working in similar position or energy sector Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (mainly Excel) Advanced English Reliability and ability to work independently Experience in working in similar position or energy sector is a big advantage Adhering to principles and values Ability to work under pressure, react quickly and draw conclusions Responsibility and proactivity Team focused, working well with people Information about the vacancy Suitable also for graduates
