About the role As a Python Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the backend components of our SaaS web-based application. What you'll do:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices in Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers, to understand requirements and drive results.
Implement and maintain APIs, challenging everything by questioning assumptions, thinking critically, and seeking out new perspectives to drive innovation.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following test-driven development principles, ensuring quality work is delivered fast and with accountability.

About you Must-Have Skills
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in backend development using Python.
Strong knowledge and experience with microservices architecture and building scalable systems.
Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
Strong knowledge and experience of testing practices and frameworks.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Ability to work in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality code within deadlines.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications
Experience in building APIs with the FastAPI framework
Knowledge of SQLAlchemy to interact with SQL Databases
Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with message brokers and event-driven architectures (e.g., RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka).
Familiarity with distributed task queue libraries such as Celery
