We're looking for a Bar Manager with energy, personality and charm to lead our team at Enoteca.Enoteca, like the name suggests, is a beautiful inviting wine bar with walls of enticing bottles, a comfortable bar to take a seat at solo or with a friend, and tables and chairs around the room to settle into for a night of drinking.Our Guests are invited to use the space for a drink before dinner, or a place to end their evening with a nightcap, and locals will be attracted for the vibrant energy and entertainment on weekends with DJs briefed to keep the guests dancing until late.The wine itself is the centrepiece and the offering is a celebration and showcase of progressive, low intervention wine makers from across the globe - with particular focus on Europe.
