The advertisement is aimed at candidates of both sexes who have: • At least 5 years of experience in the same role in resorts of the same level and size (4* and 400+ rooms) • Good knowledge of English and German • Excellent organizational and relational skills • Strong leadership skills • Consolidated experience in team management • Excellent communication skills • Charism and proactiveness Main Tasks: • Being responsible for 3 bars • Being responsible for health and safety • Being responsible for food hygiene practices • Manage a team of 20 people and organise all the schedule • Assisting with determining beverage inventory needs, stocking and ordering • Ensuring the bars meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines We offer: • 8 months full-time contract • Food and accomodation • Training More about us: TUI MAGIC LIFE Calabria, a 4-star resort located in Pizzo (VV), has 629 rooms and a clientele mainly from the German and English markets.
