Bartender (Trasferimento A Venice)

Description Hosco on behalf of a 5* luxury property is looking for a bartender. The overall scope of the job includes serving food and beverages to guests in the assigned place of work, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the standards of the hotel in order to encourage sales and maximize guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities All rules & regulations are strictly adhered within the hotel including hotel's policy on fire and safety as well as hygiene regulations including HACCP. The service team is well managed, having delegated the appropriate tasks to the team members. The sales are driven to the outlet's full potential and that budget is adhered to. A High quality of product and service is maintained in the outlet. The outlet is developed in an entrepreneurial manner, looking for opportunities to generate more business at all times. A courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times. Job Requirements Eligible for a working permit in country of hire Hospitality Management Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any related field such as Administration or Tourism Management Two (2) years relevant experience in a similar position in a renown international hotel brand International experience in a 5 star property Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment: Italian – excellent oral and written skill English – excellent oral and written skills Additional language - beneficial Motivating, guiding and empowering Planning, organisational and analytical skills Excellent communication skills Good knowledge of Micros System People Oriented Passionate for European luxury Entrepreneurial Straightforward Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with superb presentation and grooming Strong management skills and ability to inspire those in others Analytical and problem solving skills
