How you will contribute Support on management of Image projects, with a focus on digitalLiaising with internal teams (such as Media, Art Directors, Merchandising, E-commerce, CRM) to ensure smooth communication and constant alignmentCoordinating external suppliers involved in the projects (production companies, creative agencies, etc)Supporting on timeline creation and keeping track of schedulesKeeping track of estimates and invoices, flagging if anything is not present in the approved budgetChecking briefs as received from Marketing team, to ensure all inputs are collectedManaging assets, creating dedicated folders on serverPreparing meeting reports and project recapsWho you are Successful studies in Business Management, Communication, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management or any equivalent studiesProactive attitude and great team spiritGood understanding of the processes of content creation and postproductionAttention to details, without losing overview of the bigger pictureGreat verbal and written communication skillsInterested in the fashion ecosystem, as well as related fields (Design, Arts, etc)Fluent in EnglishWhy work with us?
