How you will contribute Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications;Monitor learning campaigns and training completion;Promote learning offers through internal communication on internal social media;Support with administrative tasks with external suppliers (i.e. contracts, invoices), updating department budget and costs;Track and analyze learning data, record training courses data on Excel and company tools. Contribute to the annual Performance and Development review process in creating learning content to facilitate the deployment of the Performance and Development review process Follow-up on Performance and Development review process in partnership with HR Business Partners and monitoring completion data.
