An inclusive brand with exclusive products Bottega Veneta is as much of a feeling as it is an aesthetic.Job Description Sarai inserito/a all'interno dell'Atelier calzature di Bottega Veneta presso il sito di Vigonza (PD), come Responsabile dell'area Orlatura.How you will contribute Gestire e supervisionare le attività di orlatura dedicate alla realizzazione di prototipi, di campioni, della press e di paia produzione dell'Atelier interno, garantendo il rispetto dei parametri qualitativi di Bottega Veneta;Seguire la realizzazione di tutte le tipologie di paia (da prototipia a produzione) che dovranno essere realizzate internamente all'Atelier attraverso l'interfaccia con la modelleria interna, l'ente industrializzazione e l'ente qualità;Utilizzare le macchine da cucire specifiche in base alla tipologia di prodotto;Seguire e garantire la formazione interna del reparto orlatura in merito a nuovi prodotti e tecniche di orlatura;Gestire le eventuali attività di riparazione paia realizzate internamente. Who you are Una risorsa con esperienza lavorativa nel ruolo di almeno 10-15 anni nel settore calzaturiero, preferibilmente con conoscenza del prodotto calzatura da donna elegante;Conoscenza dell'intero ciclo produttivo e delle fasi di realizzazione di un prodotto calzatura, dalla prototipazione alla produzione interna;Ottimo utilizzo delle macchine da cucire e scarnitrice;Ottime doti di manualità e precisione;Ottime competenze relazionali e di gestione di team;Eccellenti capacità di flessibilità, dinamismo e organizzazione.
