We are currently seeking a Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Sanremo The Mall Outlet. Role Mission The Store Manager role has the mission to lead the store, drive the business, manage and motivate the team, create a unique client experience to reach sales goals and optimize productivity.
Key Accountabilities
DRIVING SALES
Guarantees the achievement of Team/Individual Sales and clienteling TargetsMaximizes the business potential of the store and sales by department (category) in line with Company strategyDrives the team to be daring by ensuring they cross sell and use selling techniques to maximize opportunitiesMonitors product sell through, assessing trends of best sellers and reacting to stock levels in the store providing commercial proposalsFacilitates implementation of product/ sales strategies.CLIENT EXPERIENCE
Represents Bottega Veneta fully, creating connections and developing a strong client portfolioHelps the team to create an engaging and emotional client experience offering best in class service in alignment with company standardsBuilds effective and lifetime relationships with new and existing customersPEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Acts as a mentor and a strong staff motivator, building teamwork and retaining the staff in storeEngages and motivates the team to strive towards a common goalHelps the team exceeds results by coaching, supporting, influencing, and delegating STORE OPERATIONS
Maintains the stability and reputation of the Brand by complying with legal requirementsGuarantees to follow Company policies and procedures, and ensures team members are informed accordinglyWho you are Proven experience of about 5/7 years in a similar role within Fashion & Luxury Retail contextsProven ability to drive results and to manage teamsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as strong results orientationStrong analytical – numerical sensitivity and competence in the management of budgetAble to inspire and motivate peopleKnowledge of fashion and luxury trends, and able to embrace the brand imageTalented in managing, coaching and developing a teamStrong communication skills, engaging, positive and team-player mentalityFluency in English is mandatoryWhy work with us?
