Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safety and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.Partner with the bestAs Business Process Management Tools Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the activities aimed to evolve the tools ecosystem within GTE Sales & Commercial in in line with the priorities of the Organization and fostering innovation to contribute to achieve its business objectives.You will have accountability for making sure the Organization has the right systems and data to work in a leaner, faster and smarter way while embracing accountability for management of key sales & commercial processes lifecycle. In this role, you will be a catalyst for the processes & tools ecosystem innovation also by collaborating with other functional teams (e.g.: Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technology) in order to assure complete alignment to meet the expectations. You will act as an analytics translator to accelerate our digital evolution journey.As the Business Processes Management Tools Transformation Manager, you will be also responsible for:Processes and tools effectiveness, advanced analyses and forecasting.Digitalization of Sales and ITO processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders.Leading design of tools, develop mock-up/proof-of-concepts/MVP, draft functional documentation, orchestrate solutions deployment.Handling systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and managing their data.Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer internal requests.To be successful in this role you will have:Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Computer science or Data science, from an accredited university or collegeDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Established digital dexterity and advanced analytics skills.Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (e.g.: Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.)Knowledge of Deep Learning and Machine Learning algorithmsKnowledge of common programming languages used in AI (e.g.: Python, Java, C++)Knowledge of Statistics, Algebra and ProbabilityStrong oral and written communication skills.
