Position Overview: As the Brand Director you will report directly to CEO Dario Spallone and play a crucial role in implementing the company's development strategies based on agreed directives. Your focus will be on driving the commercial development of the company in both traditional and emerging markets, through the refinement of commercial policies, strengthening distribution channels, and structuring the sales network. You will oversee a team comprising 4 Area Managers and Area Trade Marketing Managers. Responsibilities : Define and implement development plans and related activities, considering market potential and competitive landscapes in different countries. Pursue consolidation/development objectives in various markets by identifying potential partners for distribution/collaboration agreements. Maintain constant market monitoring, providing necessary information and insights to guide research and development plans for new products. Ensure achievement of objectives through continuous monitoring of economic performance, analysis of variances, and implementation of necessary corrective actions. Ensure the motivation and professionalism of the team, taking actions to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Candidate Profile: We are seeking a dynamic Manager with a solid track record of managing international activities in luxury markets (accessories, apparel). Fluent in English and preferably another foreign language, you possess strong knowledge of trade marketing techniques, strategic vision, and negotiation skills. Your career has encompassed commercial expertise, managerial and organizational skills, with a good understanding of financial management. You are a mature personality with immediate leadership and authority, capable of motivating and engaging personnel to achieve objectives. Adaptable and collaborative, you thrive in evolving structures and work effectively with the rest of the organization. Possessing a strategic vision, you anticipate business development scenarios with dynamism, pragmatism, and the ability to inspire positive energy and enthusiasm as a reference point within the company.
