We are currently seeking a PR & MEDIA MANAGER as part of our team in Milan Your opportunity The PR & Media Manager play a key role in growing the Brioni awareness though PR and Media activities, promote the brand uniqueness and product offer.
How you will contribute Manage Milan PR Central officeRelationship with Italian Press and WW Press representatives in ItalyCoordinate PR external offices (France, Germany, UK)Develop and implement Brioni annual and seasonal PR plans to create awareness around the brand through traditional PR activities.Support the development of key press materials including press releases, media alerts, and talking points in collaboration with the other departmentsIn charge of planning, coordination and organization of Press Events and Seasonal Collection presentationsCoordinate and support regional teams on local PR activities and global press eventsCelebrities' dressing management for EMEA as well as WW coordinationIn charge of the Global Media activities Define global buying strategy for Print, Digital and OOH advertisingCoordinate regional media plan with Brioni Regional teamsOversee franchisee and brand partners media plansCoordinate with Brioni Digital commerce team on action plans and budget allocationEvaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basisWho you are At least 5 years of experience as Public Relations and Media in a Luxury /Global OrganizationStrong background in PRExperience in Media planManagement of external PR agenciesNetworking – Strong relationships with local, national and international business and industry media outletsExperience in budget planning and managementGood understanding of Digital MediaSuperior writing and communication skillsPeople management skillsDemonstrated leadership abilitiesSelf-motivator with a highly collaborative spiritExceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skillsHigh level of ownership, accountability, initiative and driveQuick learner and resourceful; able to prioritize effectivelyComfortable with operating in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's Degree requiredProficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Regular
