BUSINESS ANALYST La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team di Data Analytics e sarà accountable di contribuire a supportare il processo decisionale con:
una regolare ed aggiornata comunicazione di dati e informazioni sulle dinamiche di mercato e di portafoglio trasversali alle aree terapeutiche;
proposte e revisioni su rischi e opportunità di mercato;
analisi regolari ed on demand sul portafoglio GSK e concorrenti;
alimentazione dei KPI relativi alla forza vendita e verifica dell'allineamento con gli obiettivi definiti;
interpretazione dei bisogni degli interlocutori e sviluppo degli strumenti di monitoraggio
Sarà inoltre responsabile di: Fornire analisi integrate sui dati di mercato e dati interni, con la segnalazione di aree di rischio o di opportunità per la aree terapeutiche di competenza.
Formazione e Supporto alla forza vendita relarivamente ai dati/tool/sistemi di reporting
Gestione del reporting standard dei dati e dei KPI commerciali e di medica
Coordinamento e monitoraggio con terze parti per il reporting e l'analisi su dati di attività della forza, compreso il sistema incentivante
Coordinamento, monitoraggio e indirizzo ai fornitori esterni di dati di mercato (Iqvia, ecc.)
Perché te? Requisiti essenziali: Siamo alla ricerca di professionisti con le seguenti competenze:
Pregessa esperienza in ruoli analitici con elevata autonomia organizzativa
Preferibile esperienza in posizione simile in altre aziende farmaceutiche Conoscenze economico/statistiche e conoscenze informatiche su Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Buon livello scritto/parlato della lingua inglese
Requisiti preferibili: Le seguenti caratteristiche saranno considerate un plus:
Conoscenza approfondita delle fonti informative del farmaceutico
Esperienza precedente nell'ambito del sistema incentivante
Conoscenza dei processi commerciali del farmaceutico parte etica
