Business Analyst (CRM, Banking exp. req.)  Location: REMOTE (HQ in Chicago, IL) Residence Required: IL, IN, TX, or CA Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (negotiable with strong banking background) + Bonus Plan  Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holidays, 401k  Job Type: Full-Time Typical Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM, Mon-Fri  Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available  Business Analyst (CRM, Banking exp. req.)  Description Our client is looking for a CRM Business Analyst to join their team in the United States. You will be responsible for writing comprehensive user stories, conducting client meetings to obtain the true scope of work, writing scripts, conducting tests, and training users. To be successful in this role, you must have a background in banking or credit union, be a strong team player who is self-motivated, and have the ability to communicate the importance of clean and consistent data to operational users. Business Analyst (CRM, Banking exp. req.)  Responsibilities •    Evaluate systems to identify areas for improvement
•    Continuously review processes and develop strategies for optimization
•    Act as subject matter expert for each client project
•    Train users on completed CRM systems
•    Write and perform tests on scripts
•    Work cross-functionally with developers and project managers to ensure client satisfaction
•    Explain technical and functional concepts to non-technical users to aid decision-making 
•    Create documentation for systems, business requirements, user manuals, and training materials
•    Configure, personalize, troubleshoot, and provide support for the CRM application
•    Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor their progress
•    Ensure timely completion of project deliverables
Business Analyst (CRM, Banking exp. req.) Qualifications •    Bachelor's Degree required
•    5+ years of CRM business analyst experience required 
•    Banking experience required
•    CRM system administration required 
•    Willingness to learn Creatio required
