At least 5 years of experience - Lead, facilitate, and coordinate business requirements gathering. Validate the requirements and assist with the functional design of solutions.At least 5 years of experience - Develop, execute, and document test plans and organize and oversee end-user testing and acceptance. Track defects and coordinate resolutions.At least 5 years of experience - Research, perform analysis, and provide recommendations for solutions that meet business needs and fit within the system/software capabilities.Experience creating and maintaining source to target (S2T) documentation – 5 years.Experience developing complex SQL - 5 years.Experience gathering requirements and developing user stories – 5 years.Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications – 5 years.Experience performing root cause analysis for systems and performing data analysis with complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights – 5 years.Experience planning and executing rigorous testing procedures to ensure system functionality, performance, and reliability.Nice to Have: 5+ years of experience doing business analysis on large and complex IT projects.About Beacon Technologies Are you looking to advance your career in information technology?
