Support for development and implementation of IT projects in the Application field
Description of main Activities/Responsabilities Proactively manage workflows and data traffic to/from the enterprise ERP Manage data interfaces for integrating third-party business systems with enterprise ERP Identify and resolve any exceptions / functional abnormalities Create workflows and alerts that improve exception handling Monitor KPIs and have visibility into the overall efficiency of ERP operation Application Support for End Users Contributing to the development and implementation of IT projects to meet business demands Professional and Personal skills PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: Business processes Corporate ERP Functional workflows Systems integration Management of IT systems EXPERIENCE: 10 years of experience in ERP and business processes
