Amilon, Italian-headquartered company leader in E-Gift cards industry for B2B market and part of Zucchetti Group, is looking for a new Senior Business Partnership Manager.
The candidate will be part of Amilon Business Partnership BU in AMILON IBERIA offices and will be responsible for the management and reinforcing of our business relationship with active partners in the Spanish market via the following activities:
Gaining a deep understanding of the Global Gift Card Business with specific focus on the SPANISH market,Defining a partners management and growth business strategy in collaboration with the team and managers,Management of the daily commercial partners request always looking for the best way to solve it with a WIN/WIN solution even if internal negotiations or special requests are needed,Efficient internal communication with different departments in order to manage/give solutions always aligned with the AMILON respective area (Finance, IT, Operations, Orders …)Maintain a frequent and active relation with partners via:Efficient and frequent communicationPeriodical meetings/business reviewKeep them informed about or news or changesLooking and pushing for new business opportunitiesBeing owner of the commercial aspects and obtaining support for operative aspects by the AMILON CLIENT MANAGEMENT team.Working in unity with the other sales teams to ensure a unified approach for partners, ultimately achieving the goals of the commercial strategy and revenue goals.TO HAVE A GOOD MATCH THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

· Gaining a deep understanding of the Italian Gift Card Business
Defining a sales strategy in collaboration with the team and the Head of Global Sales,
· Scouting new corporate clients with a specific target on with specific focus on the promotion, incentive & loyalty market and specific sectors
· Managing the whole sales cycle from leads qualification to opportunity creation and closure, passing through these intermediate steps of the sales funnel:
-> Needs analysis, commercial proposal, negotiation, prospect commitment · Working with the other sales teams to ensure a unified approach for customers, ultimately achieving the goals of the commercial strategy and revenue goals.
TO HAVE A GOOD MATCH
THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
· coming from following industries or similar (promotion, incentive, loyalty)
· 3-4 year of experience in business development (not account or key account)
· English professional knowledge (C1)
THE CANDIDATE SHOULD REPRESENT:
· New customer acquisition skills, sales-driven approach
· Natural predisposition for gaining contacts & maintaining relations
· Highly consultative approach to building customer relations
