Job Description The business developer will have the following responsibilities:To develop and increase segment sales business, through traditional and web shop channelsTo inform factory about possible product improvements and market needs for future product developmentTo prepare and to make available commercial sales material and price list.To make constantly Competitor's analysisTo provide argumentation and material for marketing newsletter and web contentTo perform Sales Training on segment productsTo maintain positive and pro-active relations with customers, dealers, and internal departments.To pro-actively manage relationships to resolve issues with customer, dealers and the headquarter.To manage and review dealer to ensure the Dealer represents the Company at a high level Competenze ed esperienza The successful candidate should have:Engineer degree or technical schoolExtensive Industry experience and good understanding of Road and soil sectorTechnical knowledge of the productsGeneral Knowledge of construction field and machine applicationsFluent knowledge of EnglishAvailability to travel for visiting customersPro-active customer relationsManagement of interdepartmental relationshipsStrategic approach for developing future market potentials The ideal candidate is very self determined and able to organize and plan the sales & Marketing activities, he/she has analytical and interpersonal skills and he/she is very goal oriented.
