The team The Business Development & Innovation Specialist, reporting to the Business Development & Innovation Manager, supports the implementation of the evolution & diversification strategy of the company, contributing to the scouting and assessment of all new business initiatives and cross functional innovation projects. Your role As part of the team you will contribute to: Supporting industry & market research to identify business opportunities and contributing to the definition and implementation of strategic initiativesContributing to the elaboration of financial analysis and business plans for identified opportunitiesParticipating in cross-functional projects for the launch / integration of new business initiatives and / or innovation projects, supporting analysis, elaboration of project documentation and project management activitiesSupporting the development of innovative services & processes, participating with an end-to-end approach to all the phases of the initiative, from scouting & pre-project phases to the implementationContributing to project management activities, elaborating analysis, reports and / or presentations for internal and external stakeholder Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in Strategy, New Projects implementation, business transformation & innovation, or similar roles.Previous working experience in management consultancy companies and/or in multinational companies in the CG&S, Pharma and Retail sectors.Master's degree in economics, management engineering, or related fieldProfessional Business English proficiency (C2)Spanish language is considered as a plusExpert user of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of Project Management tools Why Logista?
