You can read more about DOT's in our information page .General information Duration:6 monthsCommitment:Full-timeDescription:X23 is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our client portfolio, to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.The ideal candidate will be working with the senior management to create and apply an effective sales strategy, generating new client business through networking and following up on recommendations.The ideal candidate will also be in charge of supporting in the designing and implementing strategies for the client utilising the companies' assets to accommodate both parties best.Responsibilities for Business Development SpecialistPerform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunitiesCreate and improve proposals for our existing and new clientsPrepare the company budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we're on track to hit revenue targetsDevelop and deliver pitches for potential investorsNetwork with investors and other business partners to generate new leadsTravel to destinations to best facilitate transactions or trainingQualifications and Requirements for Business DeveloperBSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant fieldProficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)Proficiency in EnglishMarket knowledgeCommunication and negotiation skillsRobust interpersonal skillsAbility to build rapportTime management and planning skillsAbility to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets, and attend conventionsSolid written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership skillsCompensation:  Transportation costsKeywords Keywords business development, sales, networking, relations management, negotiationAdditional Information Please note that this is not a REMOTE traineeship#J-18808-Ljbffr
