If you're interested joining a fast-growing cleantech venture on a journey speed up the global transition to clean energy, read on!We are looking for a Business development Manager in Milan, Italy, reporting into the Head of New Business Development to support our efforts breaking into the Italian Market. You will be the first Ohme BDM on the ground in Italy: a pioneer, laying the foundations of our expansion into this region.RequirementsIn this role, you will support our Partner based route-to-market. Based out of our Barcelona office, you will support the Southern Europe Sales Team in expanding our footprint into Italy. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customers and wants to be part of disrupting the energy and mobility sectors with technology.What we want in your first 12 months at Ohme:Source and build strong relationships with our install partners so they become Ohme advocatesCreate your portfolio of distribution partners, including installers, wholesalers and car retailersRespond to inbound leads via phone and email related to sales enquiriesAlways offer 10/10 customer service. Uphold the Ohme team values and ensure our customers feel valuedWork closely on a remote basis with the wider sales team and customer support team to ensure all data is captured in the CRM platformContinuously improve and develop the efficiency of your own processes. Always analyse your numbers and targets and be creative on how you can continuously improve your performanceWho you are:Live our values: Move fast, be brave, push the bar, take ownership and be transparent. Be a team player with creative opinions, focused on driving solutions. Always look forward and learn from mistakesSelf-Starter: Be comfortable cold-calling and generating new leads. Demonstrate an ability to reach out to people and clearly articulate how our proposition can help the customerShow a keenness to retain and learn more about this industryIf you have working knowledge of productivity tools like Slack, Jira and Odoo it would be an advantage.
