Join a leader in the quartz and stone industry! At Caesarstone, we're revolutionizing the countertop market with our innovative solutions. As a Business Development Manager specializing in outside sales, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.Responsibilities:Outside Sales Emphasis: Focus on engaging with customers in person, conducting face-to-face meetings, and visiting client locations to understand their needs firsthand.Account Management: Manage and nurture existing accounts through regular site visits, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.New Business Development: Proactively prospect and identify new sales opportunities in the premium countertop market. Conduct market research and attend industry events to expand our client base.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the outside sales environment, including route planning, territory management, and maximizing face-to-face interactions.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Network effectively to generate leads and referrals.Product Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our premium countertop product range during in-person meetings and presentations. Showcase product features, benefits, and advantages over competitors to persuade potential clients.Requirements Requirements:MUST RESIDE IN THE VENICE/NAPLES FL MARKET+3 years of successful sales or business development experience.Knowledge of building materials or interior design industry preferred.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel.Valid driver's license required.Key Traits: Drive, resilience, adaptability, networking, and passion for sales.Working Conditions:Extensive Local Travel: Regular travel within your designated territory to meet with clients, attend appointments, and participate in industry events.Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional weekends and overnight trips as needed to accommodate client meetings and events.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs and withstand exposure to diverse weather conditions during travel.If you're a dynamic sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth, apply now to join our team at Caesarstone!
