The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for projects, enhancements and implementation support of automation systems & SAP ERP software across Cepheid globally. The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional business teams and IT on the design and implementation of automation hardware & software to facilitate operational efficiency.This position is part of Cepheid's global supply chain business solutions team and is HYBRID based in either Fremont, CA or Lodi, California. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Provide logistics application expertise in support of Cepheid's supply chain and customer experience digitalization efforts.Advise on SAP business process and systems best practices in support of warehouse management, manufacturing material flow and distribution operations.Harmonize existing regional processes into scalable global solutions.Translate supply chain business requirements and design technical solutions in collaboration with IT.Write, update and/or assist with the development of current and new SOPs.Perform system testing and validation.The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related degrees and a minimum of 5+ years ERP experienceThe ability to provide strategic insight into scalable solutions aligned with business goals in a fast-paced, growth oriented environmentExperience with RF hardware and/or RFID deployment and material flow automationUnderstanding business processes and how they map to core SAP processesProcessing impact identification on data integrity and related mitigation efforts in support of KPI's used in daily management and executive dashboardsWorking knowledge of 3PL integrations and transactionsExperience with SAP Supply Chain modules; Materials Management, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Procurement, ServiceIdentifying, understanding and planning for organizational and human impacts of planned systems and ensuring that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:DBS, LEAN or Six Sigma operational excellence training or certificationExperience with SAP, S/4 Hana, Camstar, AgileExperience working in manufacturing and/or highly regulated environments.Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
