Job Description Our Business Unit Controlling department is looking for a brilliant candidate to join our organization. The candidate will have the responsibility to provide and create the reports needed, coordinate data collecting from plants and Country units ensuring data quality standards. A proactive attitude in a constantly changing environment is one of the main strengths. Main activities are divided in: Forecast: the candidate will have the responsibility of creating Controlling&Finance presentation four times during the year, with the capacity to involve each plant to provide data within deadlines while ensuring high data quality and accuracy . The candidate will manage all relevant KPIs, will present and explain them to the Business Unit head of Controlling. Business planning : the candidate will have the responsibility of creating and monitoring Business Plan target deployment to Business Unit plants and Sales Units in a constant cooperation with Business Unit managers. The candidate will create a high-quality Business Plan presentation for the Division Headquarter to be discussed directly with the board of management of the Division. Monthly reporting , the candidate will have the task to provide all the data needed to the board of management to track the Business Unit performance on a monthly basis and to discuss each month with most relevant plants and Country Units monthly result. Experience international cooperation: As part of a global team with colleagues in various locations and cultural backgrounds, the candidate is a key element of the controlling standardization during the post-merger integration process currently active. Many challenges to overcome and learning opportunities are inherent to this position. Qualifications Education : master's or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business management or Economics. Experience and know-how : preferable experience in similar function. Strong presentation skills. Working Method : the candidate has a structured work organization with a great initiative, personal accountability and problem-solving attitude. Multitasking and presentation skills are mandatory. Personality : the candidate is a dynamic, goal-oriented person who likes challenges with a strong desire to succeed; is both detailed oriented and analytical with an ability to see the big picture when required. The candidate has to have the ability to interact well across function and hierarchy levels with excellent oral and written communication skills. Languages : Mandatory Italian and English knowledge. German will be a plus.
