Responsibilities
• Conduct market trend analysis and monitoring• Select and manage suppliers• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of assigned suppliers• Manage assortment composition• Negotiate and review commercial agreements• Conduct category management analysis• Monitor product/category performance• Plan promotions in line with supplier and marketing department• Negotiate and manage negotiations and returns with the supply chain office• Handle all communications with suppliers
Requirements
• Master's degree in Economics or Technical subjects• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in structured purchasing functions• Commercial skills with negotiation ability• Experience in data analysis and management• Preferably, previous experience in a similar role in the food sector• Excellent knowledge of the English language• Proficiency in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
