C++ Developer

Qascom is looking for a C++ Developer within the Aerospace & Defence domain, based in our office in Bassano del Grappa. The resource will be involved in engineering activities supporting major National and International projects in the frame of GNSS. Responsibilities: Research, design, development and test of: - Software for satellite navigation security testbeds and services - Innovative Graphical Interfaces for complex satellite ground systems; System level activities, including but not limited to, requirements analysis, identification and flow-down, software design and development; Development of technical documentation, according to the applicable standards relevant to engineering domain (e.g. ESA/ECSS, GSWS, SENELEC etc.); Software maintenance; Supporting the preparation of tender. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering; Minimum 3 years of professional experience as software engineer; Strong knowledge of object-oriented and multi-threading programming; Good knowledge of software engineering, design practices and patterns; Good knowledge of web development and REST principles; Knowledge of one of the following programming languages: C++, C#; Teamworking, problem-solving and time management skills; Eligibility for National Security Clearance.
