And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.Job DescriptionAs Carrier Management Analyst, you will support delivering innovative procurement solutions for the regional business, and will work on producing KPI reports to achieve continuous cost savings and customer service requirements.You will be the primary daily contact point for transporters, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Execution relating to transport sourcing and transporter performance.Some of the main accountabilities of this job are:Support Carrier Manager in the development and implementation of national and local freight procurement and transport sourcing strategySupport Carrier Manager in initiation and development of bid event's and sign of routing guides in the Tranport Management System (TMS) to its conclusion to analyse of costs results and proposal of cost improvementsSupport Carrier Manager with the on-boarding of new carriersDrive continuous improvement in service and cost reduction, constantly looking for ways to improve our processesSupport standardisation of transporter procedures and measurementsDrive uptake of digitisation projectsTrack, manage, analyse and challenge carrier performances including rates, capacity and service commitmentsProfessionally communicate with internal and external suppliersSupport and active development of Customer and Retailer Collaboration activitiesProvide support for projects in carrier managementResponsible for the maintenance of carriers on CHEP systems (Blue Yonder)Analyse service incidents and proactively propose actions for improvementSupport Carrier Manager to supervise compliance with transporters safety policy regulationsWhat we look for:University degree or equivalentKnowledge in Logistic Processes.Understands the basic principles of either Supply Chain or Transport & / or Logistics functionExperience of working in a result orientated, customer focused environmentAnalytical skillsWorking knowledge of SAP, Lean Transport Management System (desirable but not essential as training can be given)Basic MS Excel skillsWorks successfully in a matrix structure and multicultural environment.Languages:English and italian fluencyWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are committed to developing a diverse workforce in which everyone is treated fairly, with respect, and has the opportunity to contribute to business success while realizing his or her potential.
