Company Description We are looking for a Category passionate who wants to join our growth journey, offering a 360° experience in a challenging and dynamic environment. You will be an important part of managing credible, long term, category-lead relationships with Red Bull's customers in Retail & Ecommerce Channel. You will work in sync with the National Account Sales Team and will apply category insights and expertise to identify opportunities for them to grow Red Bull sales and leverage category captaincy. You'll need to forecast trends, anticipate customer needs and use the Category Management process to identify opportunities and solutions. You'll also use your skills in creating databases and presentations to communicate raw data into relevant insights to evolve the business. Job Description ANALYSIS Provide analysis on new item introductions and their performance. Provide product/package mix analysis, insights regarding sales, pricing, opportunity gaps for incremental volume. Develop analysis to highlight merchandising effectiveness, which includes coolers, displays and consumer activations tracking. Develop regular internal and Retailer specific scorecards and trackers. CATEGORY DEVELOPMENT Establish strategic plans for assigned Customers' Teams and Red Bull departments. Lead the dialogue with Retailers to focus on Category growth opportunities. Encourage the customer business planning process by integrating strategic goals. Turn insights into actions by analyzing and building Category plans and identifying opportunities for Red Bull and our retailers. Identify and grasp business development opportunities internally wired with Marketing and Key Account departments. CATEGORY MANAGEMENT AND INTERNAL WIRING Provide leading edge Category Management solutions, using and understanding Circana syndicated scanning data, GfK Household Panel data, market demographic data, customer sell-out data sharing, loyalty data, and systems used to produce the information for Category reviews. Create regular Category reviews, plans and strategies with Retailer partners. Define an action plan based on ideal merchandising guidelines and multiple placement opportunities. Handle Red Bull assets in-store (coolers and POS materials) and coordinate perfect in-store execution in sync with the Field Sales team. Work in sync with HQ Teams to receive guidelines and share Category best practices within Red Bull Community. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Category or Key Account experience preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Passion for Category, Sales and Trade Marketing. Strong analytical skills and ability of generating insights from multiple sources. Relationship-building, team building and project management skills. Problem solving, ability to work under pressure, dealing with urgencies and unexpected issues. Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel and PowerPoint Fluency in English.
