col-wideJob Description:Our client is an important European Industrial Group, present with production plants in different countries and operating in the automation sector. For an important project of growth, they are looking for:Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Reporting to the CEO, he/she will lead all the processes and the activities of administration area, in particular:· Take responsibility (either directly or with the support of his/her Team) for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, and help drive Company financial strategy and hiring needs;· Coordinate development and reporting of annual operating, capital, and program budgets;· Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization;· Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows;· Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and taking appropriate action;· Manage the relationship with Banks, Tax Authorities, Statutory Board of auditors and all any other Stakeholders.Responsibilities:· Responsibility for Accounting (IFRS and local GAAP), Controlling, Treasury, HR, General Administration;· Drive Company financial planning;· Work with senior managers to efficiently develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information and ensure contract/grant compliance and reporting;· Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement;· Perform risk management through analysis of Company liabilities and investments and evaluate and manage capital structure;· Oversee HR operations by coordinating with external service providers (e.g. payroll, benefits, recruitment) and internal staff responsible for other aspects of HR;· Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management team, and rest of Company;· Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities (e.g.: Financial Accounting Standards Board, Internal Revenue Service, state attorneys general);· Ensure compliance with the law and meets Company policies.Required skills and qualifications:· Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in finance, accounting, business accounting;· At least five years of experience in executive leadership roles;· Experience in IFRS / IAS Financial Statements, as well as in Statutory IT-GAAP;· Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning;· Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP);· Proven experience in multinational company/ International finance experience;· Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity;· Exceptional verbal, written and visual communication skills;· Fluent English.Preferred skills and qualifications:· Experience in automation companies working through Projects;· Fluent German.Working Area: Emilia RomagnaL'annuncio è rivolto ad ambo i sessi (D.lgs n. 198/2006) e nel rispetto di quanto disposto dall'art. 10 del D.Lgs n. 276/2003.
