We are looking for a passionate Chief Accountant to join our Italy Finance Team, located in the Milan!Responsibilities:Lead the local compliance implement for the local entity, responsible and support for the external audit, tax and other regulatory authorities;Track the resolution and closure of the annual audit and financial internal control issues;Preparation of monthly local financial report;Resolve accounting and tax issues related to the local business cases;Provide timely support for new business development and provide local financial and tax advice;Local contract, invoice and other file management;Assist the development of financial and accounting system;Requirements:University degree (or above) in Finance, Accounting or similar majors;5 years+ of working experience is preferable, experience in retail, electronic FMCG industry, or experience in CA&tax area is a strong plus;Good knowledge of WEU local GAAPGood knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially MS Excel;Have sensibility in numbers, and have excellent issue finding and solving skills;Precise, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, target-oriented, solid analytic capability and summarizing skill;Fluent in English and Italian, other language skills are a plus;Much faster opportunity to learn and develop vs. traditional companies!Exposure to one of the fastest-growing companies in the world!Possible rotation opportunities in the future.#J-18808-Ljbffr
