Job Title: CFOLocation: Naples, FLSalary: $200,000 - $250,000Responsibilities:Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and support ongoing operations and capital investments.Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks, including market risks, regulatory compliance, and project-specific risks.Financial Reporting: Lead financial reporting efforts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders, including executive leadership, investors, and regulatory bodies.Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and relevant industry regulations.Resource Allocation: Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize resource allocation and capital investments to maximize financial performance.Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
