Claim Engineer

Job DescriptionResponsabilities/activities:- Complaints management of an Italian-foreign customer portfolio, from receipt of the complaint up to the forwarding to the customer of the technical analysis on the claimed product.- Definition of analysis priorities- Drafting of technical analysis reports- Teleconferences/Periodic meetings, on site or at the customer, for discussion and closing of complaints- Collaboration with other company departments in order to provide/receive support during the coordination of activities related to the management of complaintsQualificationsEducation: Master degree in engineering or professional qualification or relevant appropriate experienceExperience and know-how: minimum 3 year of experience in commercial field; knowledge of the hydraulic valve markets.Working Method: Strong industrial/mobile technical sales background; self-motivated, hands-on and organized; dynamic, goal-oriented person who like challenges with a strong desire to succeed and a customer-obsession mindset is critical for this role.
