Working to prepare suitable DORs for effectively working with partners, orchestrating collaboration initiatives with third parties and developing new processes to harmonize systems and proceduresFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a degree in engineering and substantial experience in Project Management, preferably for large EPCs companiesHave excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and master presentations at executive levelHave an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skillsBe proficient in managing project financials, including revenues, contribution margin and cashHave a thorough knowledge of T&Cs glossary and dynamics, including contractual provisions, risks, claims and remedies managementHave good background in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressor technologies as well as in energy transition technologies such hydrogen, carbon capture, geothermal and energy storageBe able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locationsHave a project management certification from accredited institute (eg.
