Clinical Application Analyst - Pharmacy

The Application Analyst - Hospital Pharmacy will use their healthcare, business and InterSystems product knowledge to ensure that we contract and implement InterSystems products in a successful, standard and timely manner. The Clinical Application Analyst - Pharmacy will become an expert Hospital Pharmacy resource for customers and will be expected to understand the customer process, assess solution best fit and advise the customer how to best implement the standard solution.Clinical Application Analysts must be available to visit customer sites and may be assigned to projects that require regular travel with the possibility of spending up to 5 days away from home each week. The role will be based in Milan with a hybrid working policy.This role will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Medications Management module of our TrakCare Product. The successful individual will have come from a Hospital Pharmacy background and have an in-depth knowledge understanding of the workflows within the hospital pharmacy environment and of Medication Management systems.Qualifications2+ years of experience working in Hospital Pharmacy and a good understanding of clinical processes in a hospital environmentOncology Pharmacy experience is a strong plusExcellent communication skills and experience of conducting customer training, workshops and/or presentationsExcellent consultative skills ability to articulate and communicate ideasExperience interacting directly with customers, including clinicians, and confidently delivering strong messagingExperience with EMR systems, such as Medication Management Systems, Hospital Information, Patient Administration (PAS), and Clinical Information SystemExperience with writing functional documentsExperience of business process mappingRelevant university degreeFluent in Italian and English#J-18808-Ljbffr
