Clinical Research Associate - Florence

Jordan Griffiths has partnered with a growing CRO who are looking for a dedicated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their team in Florence. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of clinical trials across different therapeutic areas and contribute to advancing medical research. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits. Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements. Perform source data verification and data collection. Coordinate with study sites and investigators to ensure timely and accurate data submission. Contribute to site training and adherence to study procedures and protocols. Assist in the preparation and review of study documents and reports. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRA. Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to travel to study sites within Italy.
