We are looking for a full-time, permanent Clinical Specialist in Northern Italy (based in Lombardia, Emilia Romagna or Veneto), that will:
Provide primary clinical support for Penumbra products, including procedural case coverage, troubleshooting, and follow-upCollaborate with the International Sales Manager and team to develop and implement regional market development plansEducate customers on Penumbra products through presentations, demonstrations, and other educational activities, staying informed about industry developments and assisting in training activitiesSupport, advise and collaborate with Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Cardiologists and other healthcare professionals in the use of our life-saving portfolio, throughout the Northen Italy areaConduct product demonstrations, provide training and ongoing clinical supportSpend time in Operating Rooms supporting emergency and elective procedures. Also available outside office hours for emergency procedures if requiredWork with commercial sales teams to increase account penetration and utilization of our products for new and existing product and service lines and improve quality of service to customersBuild and maintain relationships with all healthcare professionals, while identifying new sales opportunities through cross- and upsellingRespond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions, in collaboration with senior management, sales and marketing Participate in product launch activities, along with occasional international travelKeep abreast of trends and developments within the endovascular spaceWhat you bring Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Laboratory Technology, or related field, or a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Medical Devices Clinical Specialist or Sales positionDemonstrated clinical expertise in Interventional or Vascular departmentsStrong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive environmentAvailability to travel extensively, up to 70% of the time, primarily within the Northern Italy areaExcellent interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships across all levels of the organizationDemonstrated dedication to customer satisfaction, with a proactive and solution-oriented approachExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative and reliable work ethicPassionate about fostering a team-oriented and creative work environmentAnalytical and strategic thinking abilities, coupled with a proactive mindsetMust possess a valid driver's licenseWhat we offer Permanent and full-time positionFlexible working hours and possibility to work in home-officeThe ability to work among a professional, dynamic and vibrant global team with friendly, highly qualified colleaguesThe opportunity to be at the forefront of technology that is revolutionizing the treatment of some of the world's most devastating diseasesEmployee stock purchase planSport BenefitMeal voucherAt Penumbra we care about your qualifications and not about your gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or age.
