Responsibilities
• Serve and deliver a premium brand experience to consumers• Lead, coach, and motivate department employees• Manage daily business to reach sales targets• Identify and improve areas based on consumer feedback• Be a brand ambassador for NIKE's initiatives• Ensure store compliance with NIKE standards• Cooperate with business partners across stores and HQ• Ensure team is equipped to deliver the highest quality athlete experience• Lead team engagement on NIKE Community Ambassador activities• Oversee hiring processes and store scheduling• Implement and maintain a positive NIKE culture• Lead the delivery of sales floor service and consumer journey• Ensure team is equipped with brand knowledge for exceptional service• Use data and analytics to provide insights and achieve continuous improvement
Requirements
• Passion for NIKE and/or love of sport• Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions• Very good command of English language• Experience and competency in exceptional consumer service• Ability to coach and develop a strong team• Strong focus on communication• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
