Job Title: Collections Requirements ManagerJob Location: Vicenza, ItalyClearance Level: TS/SCIFLSA: ExemptJob Description:This position will serve as an experienced Collections Requirements Manager based out of Caserma Del Din in Vicenza, Italy.Job Responsibilities:Provide support to the Analysis and Control Element (ACE) by assisting with collections and requirements management.Ensure continuity within the Collection Management section for RFI management, gathering intelligence information from SIGINT, CI/HUMINT, MASINT, and IMINT systems.Ensure timely responses to RFIs and forward them in a timely manner.Develop and coordinate collection plans, including producing intelligence collection annexes of OPLAN and participate in the war game process by simulating friendly collection assets.Post updates on the ACE homepage across multiple LANs and WANs.Respond to RFIs by producing annotated imagery products in both soft and hard-copy formats.Update and generate folders for all Persons of Interest (POIs) in the area of interest (AOI).Produce first-phase theater/national imagery reports and Secondary Imagery Dissemination (SIDs) for POI materials.Analyze and evaluate the utilization of assets within the mission process.Write and perform quality control of Collection, Management, and Dissemination (CM&D) products.May travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years experienceMust meet TR qualificationsRecent relevant experience as a Collection ManagerThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Experience in All-Source Collection ManagementCollection Management Experience within the EUCOM and/or AFRICOM TheatersForce99 Company Benefits :Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Long-term Disability Insurance401(k) retirement plan with immediate vesting and 4% company match29 Days of Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holidays)Relocation and RepatriationOCONUS UpliftCompany Bonus ProgramDependent Tuition ReimbursementEmployee Referral ProgramBereavement LeaveParental LeaveCompany Overview:Force99 Technologies is a rapidly growing veteran-owned small business purpose-built to deliver Intel and IT Solutions to the DoD/IC Mission in Europe and Asia.
