As a Commercial Finance Specialist, your day would be centered around reviewing customer contracts, performing project and cost controlling, and managing financial and commercial activities in collaboration with Sales and Project Management teams. Being part of the Finance Team, you will also take an active part in the financial closing process, contribute to process improvements, support Cost Controllers, and assist in preparing and analyzing the company's financial documents.
How You'll Make an Impact Review customer offers and contracts, taking care about all the related commercial and financial activities in close collaboration with the Sales team (e.g. commenting customer contracts, review of offer calculations, verification of fiscal feasibility, verification of Customer credibility, verification of compliance with SE internal rules, preparation of administrative documents for tenders). Perform project controlling, cost controlling, and all other commercial project management activities (Order entries in SAP, billing, overdue collection, claim management, and project controlling) with close collaboration of the Project Management team. Actively participate in the monthly / quarterly / yearly closing process, in coordination with the complete Finance team & Project Management team of the company. Actively work and contribute to process and tools improvements. Support the Cost Controllers as well as the Chief Accountant in their daily activities, including SAP ERP related activities (cost center controlling, factory controlling, supplier invoice verifications etc.). Assist in preparing, reporting and analyzing the Company's financial documents on a regular base (IFRS and Italian GAAP). What You Bring A degree in Business Administration/Economics. Prior experience in Sales Business Administration, Accounting & Controlling is desirable (e.g. project controlling and/or contract management, such as customer contract analysis). Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Spanish, French and/or German will be a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, and ideally SAP ERP. Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
