Key Responsibilities: Data analysis for preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports and sharing of the same through company tools Analysis of the activities of competitor brands through web, social and print channels Power Point elaboration for the presentation of new projects related to Italy and Spain cluster Translation of press releases (to support press agency and translator) Support the selection of jewels for PR activities, shootings, events...
Management of procedures about the use of jewelry for PR activities (collaboration with the operations team, boutique team, security check), management of the necessary documentation, drafting of reports at the end of the activities Coordination with Finance department for supplier management, budget and internal procedures Archive management Preferred Qualifications: University degree Prior retail experience in luxury is a valuable plus Excellent communication skills Digital and social media aptitude and experience Strong organization and project management skills Creativity, team spirit & sense of initiative Strong skills in Microsoft Office Fluent in English and Italian, a third language is considered a plus Additional info: Internship duration: 6 months Starting date: April 2024 Full-time internship (40h per week, from Monday to Friday)
