Compensation&Benefits And Hr Controller

The candidate, within the Human Resources Department, will be responsible for the following activities: Define and implement HR Compensation & Controlling processes at a global level: Salary Review, MBO, Commission Scheme, Job Evaluation and Compensation Benchmarking, Benefits Plan definition; Analyze the global labour cost and elaborate necessary related report. Activities Support to the Compensation & Benefits processes: Salary Review, MBO, Commission Scheme, Job Evaluation and Compensation Benchmarking, Benefits Plan definition. Manage Expatriates. Monitor the compliance of Global processes with Compensation-related issues. Support the preparation of the cost labour budget, collaborating with the HR Director and the company's departments, ensuring that the budget is aligned with business objectives. Monthly analysis of personnel costs, with constant monitoring and analysis of actual costs against the budget. Prepare periodic reports on personnel costs and headcount for the HR Management and the company's Management. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or STEM fields. 3-5 years of previous experience in the same role in companies of similar size. Confidentiality, accuracy and speed in carrying out daily activities. Predisposition to critical analysis and problem solving. Analytics Skills. Knowledge of Zucchetti and SAP SuccessFactors will be considered a plus. Excellent proficiency in the use of the Office suite. Advanced English level and knowledge of a second language is considered a plus. Office: Italy, Milan On-site work
