Now, as Four Seasons, this iconic hotel begins a new era, delivering the highest standards of personalized service.The Role of the Concierge Reporting into the Assistant Chief Concierge you will be responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest needs and requests adding your personal recommendations and touches to ensure that our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.You will handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.Our Ideal Concierge candidate will haveExceptional communication skills, along with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence. You will be a suggestive sale and persuasive skills champion, with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced and luxury environment. Previous experience in a guest facing role within luxury front office operations, VIP services, concierge, or equivalent will represent a benefit.It is important to us that you have the highest level of integrity, an eye for detail and a collaborative nature.You have fluency in English and Italian. A third European language would be highly appreciated. This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must be open to work on a flexible schedule, weekends and holidays. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
